Beauty Fx Ink

APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY At Beauty Fx Ink, every appointment is time reserved exclusively for you. We value your time and kindly ask that you respect ours. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies. Booking Fees & Reservations A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure your appointment. The amount will be disclosed at checkout and applied toward your scheduled service. Booking fees reserve your appointment time and are not transferable to another person or service without prior approval. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. * 24 hours or more: You may reschedule your appointment without a cancellation penalty. Eligible booking fees may be transferred to one rescheduled appointment. * Less than 24 hours: A cancellation or rescheduling fee of 50% of the scheduled service price may apply. * Within 8 hours or no-show: A fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service price may apply, subject to applicable law. Any booking fee already collected will be credited toward the applicable cancellation fee, not charged in addition to the full fee. Cancellation fees are intended to compensate for appointment time reserved and lost booking opportunities, not to serve as punishment. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. A grace period of up to 15 minutes may be accommodated when scheduling permits. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation if the appointment cannot be completed safely and properly. If cancellation is necessary, the applicable late-cancellation fee may apply. No-Shows & Repeated Cancellations Failure to arrive without notifying us is considered a no-show. Clients with repeated late cancellations, missed appointments, or outstanding cancellation fees may be required to prepay future services or may be declined future bookings. Emergencies & Exceptions We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. Exceptions may be considered individually at Beauty Fx Ink’s discretion, consistent with applicable law. Courtesy exceptions are not guaranteed. Payment Authorization When a valid payment method is provided and you separately authorize cancellation or no-show charges, Beauty Fx Ink may charge the applicable disclosed fee in accordance with your authorization and applicable law. All charges will be documented. We will not charge more than the applicable disclosed fee, and previously collected booking fees will be credited toward that amount. Client Communication & Disputes For cancellations, rescheduling requests, or billing concerns, please contact Beauty Fx Ink through our official booking platform or business communication channels. We encourage clients to notify us promptly of any concerns so we can review appointment records and address the matter fairly. Policy Acknowledgment By completing your booking and affirmatively accepting this policy, you acknowledge the applicable booking fees, cancellation terms, and no-show conditions disclosed before confirmation. Thank you for respecting our time and supporting our small business. Beauty Fx Ink Granada Hills, California
